Regrettably we used these guys. We had some hassle but nothing quite as bad as other people have experienced.

Thanks for posting this. Good to see the bad guys getting their come uppance. I am hoping the same thing will happen to a similarly dodgy local franchise cleaning company who cancel peoples contracts and then refuse to return the payments made in advance. ( I have put this on the non se23 forum).
