Hi we r looking for a flat to rent but we are very budgeted can max afford for 800pounds per month. We know its very tight to rent in the area. We are willing to take any old, and not been well maintained ones need work to be done in exchange of low rent. Our current flat we are renting did lots of work to it in order to keep the rent low. Unfortunately we grew too big for the size and need a new flat in the area. My husband is a builder and he is a plasterer and also does paint, tiling and most of everything.
