We are looking for a nice house/flat to rent from early Summer time this year. We have been living in SE23 for last 8 years and would like to stay in the area as our daughter goes to the local nursery and is starting school in September.

If you are thinking of letting your house/flat please get in touch. We are a married couple with a 4 year old girl . We are looking for a long term rental, ideally around Forest Hill/ Sydenham/ Honor Oak Park.

We have a sensible budget and are looking for a clean, tidy place, furnished, part furnished or unfurnished. We need 2/3 bed and we are keen to have storage and a garden. we are more than happy to maintain/sort out as my husband is a builder
