Like so many other families, we are hoping to make the exodus from North London to lovely, leafy FH/HOP. There isn't much on the market at the minute, maybe because of the time of year, so if any of you are thinking of selling your home I'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for somewhere big enough for two boisterous boys, close to one of the many fab primary schools around here.

Not sure if it's the done thing to talk about money, but our budget starts with a 6.
