Oh god, more cheaply built, over priced flats.
Don't buy now, wait for the crash and get them at a 30-45% lower price !!

Those units are actually live/work units, therefore the price is higher than if they were two-bed flats.

Must remember that if I go to sell my house.
It is not just a house, it is a live/work unit therfore the price is higher.
