Anyone have any ideas what this will be as I notice the shop is in the process of being re-fitted?

If it had been 12 months ago I would have said estate agent, but now charity shop , or Starbucks

By all accounts it is opening today Smile looks really nice so may pop up there later to get a price list and to see what they offer.
