We live nearby and have Talk Talk as our provider. They're ok. Occasionally the connection drops but it is generally of a reasonable speed.

About 11 apparently. Not sure if that speed is consistent throughout the day though.

Not sure. We've noticed that it comes and goes sometime. No idea if there's a pattern to it. Generally we've had no problems with them so far.
