Over the weekend we were unfortunate enough to lose our cat who succumbed to some sort of poisoning (the vet suspects antifreeze, we're hoping she ingested it accidentally...). She was just 2 and a half years old.

Anecdotally we're hearing of quite a number of cats in SE23 who have died recently and I wondered quite how real this is?

No idea, but Six Dinner Sid's been showing up regularly at my house again, apparently starving.

I have had the same thought, we moved to SE23 (near Perry Vale) 6 months ago. Since moving here our lovely 5 year old cat came home VERY sick 3 times in around 4 months; vomiting and looking really spaced out. Unfortunately the last time it happened he couldn't cope with the sickness and died. Our vet too suspected some kind of poisoning. I also notice the amazing amount of 'missing cat' posters around the area, far too many!!! I miss my little cat terribly, certainly won't be getting another one until I move away from SE23!!
