We have found a lovely Spanish nanny for our 10 month old son. She is available all week but we only need a nanny 3 days per week. We are hoping to find a family to share the cost and we are keen for our son to have a playmate around. Truthfully we thought we would send him to a nursery or a childminder for the social aspect but haven't found either that we are happy with so now looking at a nanny share. Our son is 10 months and we are hoping to find a playmate of similar age or slightly older but definitely under 4.
