Serious though, I think the CC has shown people one important fact, people WANT and WILL use their cars. If they have to pay more for it, so be it. But collecting ?92m in fines for the CC last year did what exactly to help the air quality in London?
Sad but true im afraid the car is here to stay. However the motorist will contribute an increasing percentage of their monthly income to the treasury in the process.
I use my car as little as possible these days of course.
Back to PV though, Michael, any idea why the delay ? I am looking forward to having a bigger pavement there, so pedestrians can share it with me and my dogs without feeling the need to throw themselves infront of on coming cars.
