I can't say that i am surprised, i went in there drunkenly with a friend one night/morning and the lady didn't seem to understand what a bagel was, we were convinced that it must have been a front for something.

She also had disgustingly long fingernails so couldn't add the fillings (we felt ill after seeing her make it so didn't eat them)
