Part of the reason it is underused it because there is plenty of free on-street parking during the day, plus cars tend to park in the small car park next to the Perystreete block of flats (meaning that residents can't now park there!!)

I can't believe they might be going to turn that pay and display into an overnight lorry park it's bad enough some nights now which heavy lorries and the shouting that goes on when they are loading and unloading ...
