Changes to Waldenshaw Rd / Taymount Rise Junction

Was round the corner when it happened so didnt see it but did see the immediate aftermath. I wouldnt like to be the police taking witness statements as whilst I was there a small crowd gathered with about 5 people calling the police at the same time. Someone asked where the driver was and a "witness" said he had legged it. A lady next to the "witness" said rubbish, you are standing next to himRolleyes

There was no bus involved but potentially a bit of excessive speed judging from the skid marks and the fact that the car was looking to do a 360 skid only to be stopped by the drivers side rear of the car hitting the bus stop.

One lady waiting for a bus did sum that stretch of the road up by saying she always waits for the bus on Waldenshaw Road because of the sheer number of vehicles crashing there.
