I used to live in North London near Wood Green and the main post office there would regularly have upwards of 50 people in the queue and you'd be waiting over 20 minutes to get served. Unfortunately this seems acceptable to PO management. They continued to close more local post officer and the queue got even bigger. FH post office is much less busy then that, and PO management will be perfectly happy with longer queues and less staff in the WH Smiths building. I do, however think it's a reallly good opportunity for both business to utilise each other. There's a Rymans/PO near Chancery Lane which works extremely well.
