Changes to Waldenshaw Rd / Taymount Rise Junction

I have just received a notice from TfL indicating that the works to modify the road layout will take place between 9pm and 5am from 8th to 26th February.

The bus lane will now start 20m east of Waldenshaw Rd, the bus stop will go and there will be 'right turn pockets' for Waldenshaw Rd and Taymount Rise. They have apparently consulted 'stakeholders' but I have not seen any sign of the traffic order they promised in July 2008

This Traffic Order will be advertised in the local papers and on site and people will have a further opportunity to make comments or object to the proposals during this formal consultation period.
