It would seem that Sainsbury's seem to have lost a sense of priority here. Rather than spending time and money on muzak, why not divert it to more effective stock and quality control. That seems to be on peoples' minds here. I don't see why my preference to be able think when I go into a supermarket and further engorge their coffers should cause my Christmas spirit to be questioned. In fact, without being po-faced, isn't the true spirit to consider others and not the present hysterical debt-fest for the populace and beat it to death commercialistion of business. And no I am not advocating a return to an orange and sprig of holly and that's your lot. I would just like to go into a food shop and be able to make reasoned decisions without Frosty the bleedin' Snowman!!
