Hi,
Well I was going to post about this property today. Has anyone received notification from Lewisham council concerning Planning Application, seems as if there are plans for extensions both at the rear and the side of the property, providing 7 self contained flats.

I wander if the scallys were trying their luck!! Does anyone have an opinion of this proposed development??
