I'm doing OK actually. I was brought up to get straight back into the saddle, which is exactly what I did despite all my anxiety and I'm so glad I did because I do feel so strong now... Description of the guy: One sole tall black male c6ft2, late 20s/30s, clean shaven, beanie hat, glasses, rucksack, respectable looking, doesn't look like mugger. He was clearly just after my phone, didn't attempt to get my bag. Please just keep your phones out of sight - I felt safe having lived here for 10 years, I'm still sure it's safe relatively speaking, I just want to pass on the message to be vigilant and don't walk around with your iphones/blackberries on view...
