Congrats to the Sydenham Society, Dianne Barker and the Crystal Palace Campaign (including yours truly) who prevented the inappropriate development of the top site early in the naughties. Once the developers had pulled out I lost a bit of interest, but a review that I read recently showed how little respect the London Borough of Bromley paid to local interests, and their legal obligations.
