Have been trying to do the same for the rubbish bins by the underpass steps outside Smiths - as well as the bins there is always a plentyful supply of rubbish around the bins on the floor. I spoke to the staff in Smiths but they just shrugged and said they put theirs in the bin and had no interest in picking up anything else. Emailed Lewisham flytipping and heard nothing...... if I knew how to tweet perhaps that might the be way to go with this too....Rolleyes
