Im with isaglanzer on this one- I dont see how a Saturday market really impacts on the footfall elsewhere in Forest Hill apart from Sainsburys. Our own meagre purchases would only have been bought there. I would have thought it brings more people into the area and to the Horniman. Its pretty safe for children to run around and its very sociable. Moving it to a Sunday wouldnt feel the same. I dont therefore think its going to put FH town centre out of business.
