I came home from work the other day to find a man with his shoes off and his clothes hung up on the banister, laying down on the third floor. He didn't attempt to move or apologise as I stepped over him. It's scary enough at 5pm, but i'd have been a lot more frightened if I came home at 12am at night to find this.

I am really concerned about this as I know it's not the first time from talks with other neighbours. One mentioned that the man asked to come in to her flat. There is children in my block, should they have to see that outside their door?
