This is mainly for - Bring out the Cranston - so you are suggesting that homeless people and battered wives have more rights than me and other members of the community who don't fit that category.
Can I suggest that if you raise your head out of your bunker for a moment and look at the real world around you - that's actually paying for it all - you'll find that thankfully your view is in the minority.

Someone who sleeps directly outside someones front door is suffering from the delusion that their rights are more important than other peoples - they should be put right on this - and told about respecting other people.
All this making excuses solves nothing.
