It looks like Dave's employer's Lease was due to expire and he's been unsuccessful in his attempt to renew it through the tendering process, which ended nearly 4 months ago.

As things stand it's not looking good for Dave but, with the help of a load of signatures supporting him, the ingoing Leaseholder might like to keep him on.
