Of even greater concern is the original topic, i.e. dog fouling. I would contend that this is much more of a general problem than from foxes - easily recognised as the stool has a twist. People need to be responsible for their pets (even those who own the kind that it seems can't be mentioned online if you want a sensible discussion).
