UPDATE- final planning meeting on Thursday 4th June at 8.30pm in the Railway Telegraph. Just to finalise details and delegate all small tasks properly. Feel free to come even if you haven't made any meetings before- the more the merrier!! Be great to meet more people intending to come and willing to contribute in some way

We need volunteers for things like- making bunting, face painting, bringing clothes for kids to dress up in, raffle, setting up on the day. If you can't come, but want to help, email me on kirstenjbrooks@gmail.com

We also have a fundraising page- so please kindly contribute a few ££. This is a non-profit event, and any remaining funds will go to St Christopher's Hospice. We just need the funds to cover insurance, bouncy castle and other outgoings. See-
