When I moved to FH, I joined at the Pools however soon realised that it was mainly full of machines, treadmills and bikes. Not what I was after at all.

I then joined Energie and they have a full weights room downstairs with cardio and machines upstairs. It can get quite busy down there as they are restricted for space but for me, it's way better. It all depends on what you are after. If you just want cardio and light weights, then the Pools is for you, if you want a proper gym that has the range of free weights, then Energie is the way to go.
