We've been without water since 6.30am and so it appears have most of our neighbours.

Thames Water are useless - half the 'customer services' reps don't recognise our postcode and they aren't able to give out any vaguely helpful info such as which problem, where, is causing the lack of water and when it's likely to be fixed.

I can appreciate the weather is a factor. I am just fed up because we have lost the water supply about fifteen times in the 11 years we've lived here.
