I went back today and there was only one person working, but they were very efficient and I was in the queue for less than five minutes. It was the same staff member as yesterday, which may help explain the early closures if they are operating with just one person.

I’m aware there is a lift, although it does seem to have a mind of its own at times, which is probably why some people still choose to struggle up the stairs rather than rely on it.
