I think we need to watch for the planning application and complain en masse . I would imagine the two Swiss Houses would not be happy.
I am assuming there was originally one house on that spot ( does anyone know if that is correct , may have been waste land or garden of one of the adjacent properties.
We should ensure the new building is no bigger than the original ( if there was one ). We must campaign against another multi occupied dwelling.
