Hi, Would anyone be able to recommend a Block/Property Management company that covers SE23, our experience with past block management companies in our block (small/medium size) has been very poor. We are trying to find one that genuinely represents the interests of the residents and the building, this appears to be a difficult ask in London as a whole.

My apologies if this topic has been covered but any recommendation/advise on this would be greatly appreciated.
