If I had the money I would buy it. Not the greatest location but is it is an inwards facing design you feel like you are in Spain and not SE London.
And yes, I have been to have a look at it. Stunning.

Yes, not installed as up to the purchaser to choose what they would like and it would then be installed.
The B&O TV in there is out of this world.
