That's the only pic I can find online. However check out this old Ordinance Survey overlay of London on Google Maps and type in SE23 3XP and you'll see what was there in the late 19th Century.

 If not you can email him via the blog and ask, he was able to tell me the history of my shop since it was built by Ted Christmas, the pic I've put up on Dartmouth Rd from around 1900 also came from Steve.

I have a number of such postcards, bought with the aim of doing the same thing - then and now shots. I'm waiting for the summer so that there are leaves on the trees, then will put them on my (sporadic) blog.
