Though the Thames water website gives the impression there is a leak on Dunoon, I don't think this is accurate. The works on Dunoon are to fix the electricity supply and no water is involved. There is however a leak at the top of Hengrave as well as the burst water main on Devonshire. Also Gabriel St, Brockley Rise...
The area's water mains clearly need replacing. The patch and mend approach must be costing a lot more over the years.

Ours came back approx. 3pm. We are right next to Dunoon and I confirm lacb's info above - deffo no leak at top end of Dunoon - it's UKPN digging like demented moles. Traffic horrendous - but more going the other way up the South Circ towards the Harvester.

Walked past late this afternoon - bit by the bridge looks all fixed, but the bit at the end of Devonshire Road still needs its surface putting back.
Temporary traffic lights still up and I expect will still be on Monday morning. It's going to be absolute traffic mayhem - avoid like the plague!

As I passed by the top end of Hengrave Road this morning there was a truck parked on the Cabrini side offloading temporary traffic lights and road signs etc.
Looks like they're going to start digging it up again - wouldn't be surprised if there are delays tonight on the return journey.
