My children want to collect conkers but we cant seem to find any: any recommendations for horse chestnut locations  helpful!

I haven't looked this year but there are usually loads along Honor Oak Road and also in Horniman Gardens.

There are some by Forest Hill Boys school, on the short leg of Dacres Road, and plenty down Silverdale towards Sydenham. Bit early yet, though.
