I've noticed for around a week now that a manhole cover outside the Capitol appears to be leaking and flooding into the road.
The water smells faintly of sewage (some days its worse than others)
anyone know if this has been reported if not I'll report but I suggest others do too.
the other morning the liquid looked almost milky deeply unpleasant

Surface water drains are located above sewer drains to avoid contamination. As it smells of sewage there is a serious problem.

It appears Thames water must have fixed the leak it was dry this evening
