Has anyone else lost their home broadband.
I have since 17th Feb with no current date as to when it will be restored. BT have given no information as to the cause of this " Network Problem " other than stating it has affected 38 households in the area. TWO WEEKS with no broadband.

Very interesting.

We moved to BT's new Cloud system on 23rd January. The broadband works well. However, my business phone returns a 'number unobtainable' tone if called. I have been without a business line for over five weeks. Despite numerous calls to BT I have had no convincing explanation. The call centre staff just say where the complaint is being dealt with. BT appear unable to put a 'number unobtainable due to fault on the line' message in place.

Is anyone else is having similar problems?

I see engineers working at different BT telephone inspection pits every day!
