Interesting news on this. As you know dominos have withdrawn their application - god knows where they are looking now. After speaking to the agent re the availability of this site, it appears another multi national business has had an offer accepted on the site. The agent would not name the business but indicated they were attractive as they did not need any planning permission to change the class. So looks like will be retail operation of some sort. Be interesting to see who it is.

Planning permission was granted to Mindbody Therapy who are currently located in the basement of Energie Gym on London Road.
