I am hoping to let my 2 bed flat in Forest Hill whilst I trot off to try a new life in Devon - after 40 odd years of living in a 10 mile radius of my birth I think it is time I tried something a bit different!

Can anyone recommend an estate agent to manage the property/process in my absence? or one to avoid like the plague?

I would really welcome feedback from anyone who has personal experience to share, either a landlord or tenant (you can PM if you prefer)
