Hi, I'm looking for a yoga class in Se23 (or surrounding area) on a wednesday or thursday Daytime when my son is in nursery (between my clients).

I'm a mum, and thought be nice to do something relaxing when I get some spare time.

Be grateful for any suggestions as not having much joy!
