Mattress available if wished (has a zipped removable cover).
I'll try to put a picture up later, but it was made by aspace, and is white painted wood, with slatted guards to the sides by the head, ball finials on the four corners, and both head and foot panels (also vertical slats). Head and foot ends are curved at the top.
