Living in Manor Mount I am horrified at the number of cars that come down from HOR. The worst time is usually from the afternoon school run until the rush hour is finished. Occasionally there is a police presence there but not often enough. The council do not seem to be interested, perhaps they are waiting for someone to be killed. There have been assaults on residents who have remonstrated with these drivers.
