We have had a letter from Lewisham Planning Service which says:

"A number of letters of objection and concern have been received and in these cases it is Council policy to offer to hold an informal meeting or a drop in session with local residents to enable an assessment to be made of the areas of concern before the application is considered by the Council's planning committee.

A local meeting has now been aranged for 7pm on Wednesday 15th september 2010 in Committee Room 3 in the Civic Centre at Lewisham Town Hall, Catford Road, Catford, London SE5 4RU and you are invited to attend. Local ward councillors will also be invited.

The applicants may wish to give a short presentation of their proposals."
